Brooklyn is sometimes known as the "Borough of Churches". Here are the red doors of my own church, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Bay Ridge, located on Fourth Avenue and Bay Ridge Parkway.

Gorgeous! This is almost where I took my parents when they were visiting in Brooklyn for Christmas. We ended up at the Zion German Evangelical Lutheran Church on Henry since they had a German language service.
