Let The Fun Begin

Deno's Wonder Wheel Park officially opened yesterday. I took a ride on the Wonder Wheel today, the views were glorious.

Parting Shot

Deno's Wonder Wheel Park will now be closed until next Spring. It's such a family friendly place, so colorful, so much fun. Hopefully, the property next door formerly known as Astroland (then "Dreamland") will be developed into an equally enjoyable and affordable amusement park. The spirit of Coney lives and cannot be destroyed!

If you haven't had an opportunity to visit Deno's Wonder Wheel Park this season, take advantage of this holiday weekend to enjoy it. Otherwise you'll be waiting until next Spring.

Astroland is gone, who knows what's going to transpire, will I live long enough to see the "new" Coney Island. Meanwhile, I really enjoy Deno's Wonder Wheel Park.
