Winter Solstice


I don't know about you, but I get excited about solstices. Today, the sun rose at 7:16 a.m. and will set at 4:31 p.m. This is the shortest day and longest night of the year. After today, there will be a little bit more daylight each day.

Strolling Around The 'Hood



On this beautiful Easter Monday I took a walk in Bay Ridge, got a detail shot of the "Gingerbread House" on Narrows Avenue and 83rd Street, then crossed over the 81st Street overpass and took a photo of the shore path, looking north.

A stunning early Spring day, had to get out with my camera, took a walk by the ballpark at 75th Street and Shore Road, then got a shot from the 81st Street overpass, looking north toward the Belt Parkway and Manhattan.
